Graduated in Human Resources Management, Master in Sociology of Work and Organizations by ISEG – Higher Institute of Economics and Management and postgraduate in Safety and Health at Work.
He performed human resources management functions in different companies, namely ports and industrial companies. She also has extensive experience as a human resources consultant and trainer, as well as teaching in higher education.
